We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.


We now offer custom packages suited to each customers specific needs! All we require is for photos to be sent across and what you would like done. We will then provide a quote.


The maintenance plan is a one time payment of £150 to reset your vehicle. It is then followed up with a wash every 4 weeks costing £60. 


We request all cars have had any valuables removed as we are not responsible for anything that my get lost. To carry out our service we do require water & electricity. 


Once your selected your package and payed the deposit, our staff will be in touch and run you through our process and answer any questions.


We have a strict no refund policy on deposits. Please do ensure when making a booking you are certain on getting a service carried out by us.


Yes, please reach out 48 hours in advance and you will have your booking amended, failure to inform within the deadline your deposit will no longer be eligible for refund.

Return and Refund Policy

- Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Provided: If you have made a payment for a service that was not provided due to a cancellation on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any additional charges.
  • Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will assess the situation and determine if a re-cleaning, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.


- Non-Refundable Circumstances


Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Deposits: All deposits are non - refundable
  • Customer Preferences: Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the service has been completed, where the service was provided as described and agreed upon.

  3. Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
